Eric Worley

With 20 years of experience in various energy services leadership roles within private equity-sponsored (lower middle market) and publicly traded organizations, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Eric has completed two successful PE exits: in 2014, a $260MM transaction by Shawcor (now Mattr, TSE: MATR) to purchase Desert NDT, LLC from PE sponsor Sterling Partners in Chicago, and in 2024, a $1.85BN transaction by Admiral Acquisition (founded by Sir Martin Franklin) to purchase Acuren Inspection, LLC from PE sponsor American Securities in New York City. Eric’s expertise spans operational and P&L management, business development, strategy, technology integration, and project management across oilfield services, nondestructive testing, inspection, engineering, and industrial gas service companies. Currently, Eric is leading the midstream and pipeline integrity service line at Acuren focused on testing, inspection, certification, and compliance (TICC) services.
